Bourbon Chicken Skewers were born in 2009 at the Fort Benton Summer Celebration. We have since enjoyed incredible success all across the state of Montana, serving huge lines of people and many tens of thousands of skewers each summer. Our restaurant gives us the opportunity to spread our wings and offer a variety of new items like noodles, side dishes and desserts. We use only fresh ingredients of the highest quality, and prepare small batches to ensure freshness.
